I had spent many years formerly in the building, designing, and manufacturing of plastic injection molding. This entailed methods of developing new product, and new ideas. My background comes from engineering, manufacturing, and design. We assisted customers in the design process, and our molding injection presses ranged from 50 to 500 ton, allowing for a wide range of manufactured parts. I have also worked with many cities of Rochester agencies and have received many awards and certifications. A business may be founded on an invention, but is also required financing, skilled management, and positioning in the marketplace, and with all these strategies, I was able to learn and build a successful company.
